Fob Sushi Bar


Pros:

  • Good fish quality
  • Amazing price: by pound. I got 6 pieces and it costed $9.5 including tax!
  • For the pieces they just made: delicious. Though not as delicious as omakase, but not far away. The best 2 pieces in the photo at the end of the post are seared salmon and unagi, as they are freshly made.
  • I like the format and idea of sushi bar.

Cons:

  • Temperature: the sushi gets cold and lose flavor quickly. The sushi pieces that have stayed there for a while is a pity: they used to be great a few minutes ago but no longer delicious getting cold.

All is good other than the temperature. This sushi bar is a great idea, but lack of one essential consideration of how to keep sushi fresh after they are made.
